Eric, is the owner of our Wallbeds “n” More Burlingame and San Francisco showrooms. Eric currently lives in in the Marina and has been in the Bay Area for the last 13 years. In that time, he has seen the demand for housing grow while the size of homes continue to shrink. From new college grads who are looking at tiny apartments in the city (and could use all the floor space they can get), to couples with kids leaving for college (who would like to use the extra room for themselves while keeping a place for their children to come home to), he has seen it all amongst his circle of friends.
These experiences helped Eric realize that murphy wallbeds are a great way to help residents of the San Francisco Bay Area make the most of their living spaces. With a bed that folds up against a wall, residents of small houses gain extra floor space in their bedroom or a spare room, while also doubling as a home office or studio.
Prior to Wallbeds “n” More, Eric worked with developmentally disabled adults for over 20 years. He enjoys helping others improve their quality of life, and opening a Wallbeds “n” More store is one more way he can provide a useful product that improves the lives of people around him.
“My hope is that this store will provide a comfortable space for designers to work with clients to design rooms that include wallbeds in a non-pressured environment.”
